3D-measurement by Leica LTD706 with Leica T-Probe laser measuring device:
Leica tracker is a mobile optical easuring device which calculates 3D position of a reflector from a horizontal angle, a vertical angle and a distance measurement. Angle sensors are made by usinf of code device with high differentiation. The distances are determined by laser interferometer or by ADM gauge of the absolute distance.
Leica T-Probe portable device makes possible for an operator to quickly recording and inspection of latent points or small traits without limits of articulated arms. T-Probe II is a mobile device with automatically detected tip on two positions of its fixing ant its range is up to 12 meters.
The system accuracy:
- Measuring with LTD706 reflector (in axis 2500x5000x10000): 10 microns
- Measuring with T-Probe (2 sigma values): measurement accuracy of 3D points 100 microns
- Length measuring accuracy: 60 microns
- Ball radius measuring accuracy: 20 microns + 2 microns/m

Surface Finish:
- Painting by spraying of products with weight up to 125 tons in boxes

Handling and Transport:
- Cranes with capacity up to 125 tons
