- Castings from structural and alloy steels from 2 to 8000 kg and from nodular cast iron from 20 to 1000 kg
Engineering, Equipment
The Company has its own design-developmental base which is able to keep
is step of the world development in the forming machines field. In
addition of filling of needs of the customers´ requests for extending
of types of the produced machines, Smeral Brno Company is aiming to
complete the machine by service or supporting automation equipment to
shorten service time, which passes to increasing of productivity of
labour in the final users of the machines, improvement of diagnostics
on the produced machines and changeover to the machines control by
electronic control systems. Smeral Brno Company is able to make
provision for individual requests and needs of the customers in the
machine design.
Selling Activities
In present time, all selling activities of the Company are provided by
own staff with co-operation with foreign partners in individual
territories. The Company has staff able to communicate in English,
German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish and Italian for smooth
course of production and commercial activities.
Quality
Smeral Brno a.s. has TÜV NORD CERT GmbH Company Certificate as per dle
EN ISO 9001:2000 and AD 2000-Merkblatt W0 and W5. The Company has DIN
18 800 Teil 7 Major Welding Certificate and a certificate for testing
room.
