Assortment and technologic providing of the production:
Foundry produces castings made from a broad spectrum of materials which are dependent on the customers´ requests.
We can mention castings of fittings, grinding plates, crushing jackets and jaws, crusher sweeping mills, castings for forming machines and machines parts – including possibility of machining.
Patterns production is provided by Modelarna Smeral, s.r.o. company which is a part of Smeral group. Appropriate roughing and finishing of the castings is provided by the engineering shop and tool shop in Smeral Brno.
The production in foundry is certificated as per EN ISO 9001:2000 and AD 2000 - Merkblatt W0.

Heat-treatment:
Electric and gas chamber furnaces (stress relief annealing, normalizing, heat treatment in water bath, in air bath)

Surface finish:
Blasting on table and pendant barrel, ground panting

Quality verification:
The basic standard is EN 10204 and other DIN, ASTM, ANSI, ASME standards as per the customers´ requests. Non-destructive tests are done by RTG, ultrasound, magnetic coating and capillary tests
